combine NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and cream and beat until very thick, about 8 minutes. set aside 1/3 of the mixture.
add nuts and vanilla to the large quantity of mixture. reserve 1/2 cup and spoon the remainder into the prepared basin spooning it up the sides leaving a hollow centre. freeze.
dissolve nescafÉ blend 43 in water and cool slightly. stir into the 1/3 mixture that was set aside. spoon into the hollow in the pudding basin. freeze.
spread the reserved 1/2 cup nut mixture over the base of the bombe to cover over the coffee layer. freeze until firm.
un-mould bombe and sprinkle with plaistowe premium dark chocolate.
