preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
beat butter and sugar together until light and creamy. add egg yolk.
sift NESTLÉ baking cocoa and flour and stir into mixture. knead mixture lightly, shape into a ball; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 20 minutes.
roll out between sheets of baking paper; cut out 32 stars with a medium size star cutter.
place on prepared trays and bake 12 minutes or until light golden. cool on trays.
place NESTLÉ white melts and cream in a medium heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water; stir until smooth. divide between half the bscuits; sandwich together with remaining biscuits to serve.
