preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. line two baking trays with baking paper. roll dough on a lightly floured surface to 4-5mm thick, using 7cm, 6cm, and 5cm round cutter, cut out 12 circles of each size, carefully layer each circle on top of each another until it resembles the body of the snowman. bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
