METHOD

preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease and line a 23cm round cake pan with baking paper.

beat butter, sugar and vanilla until light and creamy. add eggs one at a time, beating well after each additiion. beat in plaistowe premium white choc. fold in sifted flour alternately with milk.

spoon into prepared pan and bake 45-50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. if cake becomes too dark, cover loosely with foil after 30 minutes. cool cake on a wire rack.

combine extra plaistowe premium white choc and cream; beat until thick and creamy; pour over cake.
