METHOD

  1. heat oil in a frying pan over high heat; add pork, ginger and garlic. cook until pork has browned. add water chestnuts and bamboo shoots; stir fry for one minute to heat through.
  2. add MAGGI authentic thai fish sauce, MAGGI oyster sauce, MAGGI sweet chilli sauce and green onions; stir until heated through.
  3. spoon mixture into lettuce cups to serve.
