  1. Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C fan forced. Grease and line a 23 x12cm loaf pan with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl; combine flour, sugar, baking powder; add combined oil, lemon juice, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk Squeezy and milk; mix until just combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 mins or until a skewer comes out clean. Cool in the tin for 10 mins, then remove and transfer the cake to a wire rack.
  4. Tip serve, drizzle generously with NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk Squeezy, and serve with candied lemon slices, if desired. To make candied lemon slices see recipe below.
For the Candied Lemon Slices: In a large saucepan, combine sugar, water and lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add lemon slices in a single layer. Simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, carefully flipping once or twice during the cooking process. Transfer drained lemon sliced to a baking sheet and bake for 5-10 minutes on 190°C/170°C fan forced to caramelise, if desired.
