preheat oven to 150°c/130°c fan forced. grease a 22cm shallow flan pan.
combine plaistowe premium dark chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over low heat; stir constantly until melted. combine with coconut and biscuits, mix well; press into the base and sides of prepared pan.
beat together plaistowe premium dark chocolate, nescafÉ blend 43 coffee, cream, eggs, sugars, flour and rum until smooth. pour into prepared base.
bake 30 minutes or until just firm. cool; refrigerate for at least 1 hour. if desired decorate with icing sugar and NESTLÉ baking cocoa and serve with cream.
