combine biscuit crumbs and butter, press into the base of a 24cm flan pan. refrigerate.

dissolve gelatine in hot water, cool slightly. combine fruit and brandy and set aside.

beat ricotta cheese, sour cream and NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

dissolve nescafÉ blend 43 in extra water and beat into ricotta mixture with gelatine and fruit.

beat egg whites until firm peaks form, fold into mixture. spoon into crumb crust and refrigerate until firm. if desired, serve dusted with icing sugar and NESTLÉ baking cocoa.
