METHOD

  1. combine biscuit crumbs and margarine in a medium bowl, mix well. press into the base of a 22cm springform pan, refrigerate until firm.
  2. beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk and vanilla, beat until smooth.
  3. dissolve gelatine in hot water, cool slightly; beat into cheesecake mixture. pour over crumb base, refrigerate until set. serve with berries.
