meanwhile, using electric beaters, beat cream cheese with lemon and lime zest until combined. add NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, and lemon and lime juice, beat until smooth.
pour water in a small bowl and sprinkle over gelatine. mix until disolved, cool slightly.
beat egg whites in a medium bowl, until soft peaks form. add to cream cheese with gelatine and fold gently until combined.
pour over the base and refrigerate for 3 hours, until set.
