Combine biscuits and butter, press into base 22cm spring form pan, refrigerate until firm.
Beat cream cheese, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk until smooth, beat in cream.
Sprinkle gelatin over hot water and stir until dissolved, cool.
Beat melted Nestlé BAKERS’ CHOICE Gold CHOC BITS and gelatin into cream cheese mixture, pour over crumb crust. Refrigerate until set. If desired, decorate with Gold choc curls ( see tip below).
