  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced . line a 12-hole (1/3-cup/80ml) muffin pan with paper cases.
  2. using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until light and creamy; add eggs one at a time and beat well. fold in sifted flour alternately with milk. stir in NESTLÉ milk choc bits.
  3. divide mixture among cases; bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean. cool on wire rack.
  4. meanwhile make chocolate frosting. in a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. beat with a wooden spoon until smooth. spread frosting over cooled cupcakes.
  5. use twelve marshmallows to make bunnies’ bodies, and mini marshmallows to make tails; using scissors, cut thin slithers of remaining marshmallows lengthways along the barrel side. pinch one end to make ear shapes. press cut side of two marshmallow ears on to each bunnies’ body.
