An exquisite passionfruit recipe with the zesty, tropical flavours of passionfruit and the creamy sweetness of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk all cradled in an easy-to-make passionfruit tart.

  1. Bake flan case according to directions on packet.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, lemon juice and passionfruit pulp for 10 minutes or until mixture thickens.
  3. Pour into the prepared flan case and refrigerate the passionfruit tarts for 2 hours or until the passionfruit tarts set.
You may also be able to find store-brought pasty cases in the bakery aisle of your local supermarket that do not require pre-baking. If you choose to use these as an alternative, we found them to be smaller (160g – 17cm in diameter); you will need to use two of these cases for the amount of filling this passionfruit recipe makes.
