preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. line 15 holes from 2 x 12 holes (1/3 cup/80ml) muffin pans with paper cases.
sift NESTLÉ baking cocoa and flour into a bowl. roughly chop half the packet of NESTLÉ freckles; add to flour with the sugar and NESTLÉ white choc bits.
combine egg, butter and cream; mix well, stir into the dry ingredients.
divide mixture between prepared cases and bake 20-25 minutes or until cooked.
remove from oven and place a whole NESTLÉ freckle on top of each muffin. allow to melt and eat immediately or allow to cool.
