  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan-forced. line a 12-hole, 1/3-cup (80ml) muffin pan with paper cases.
  2. using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until pale and creamy; add one egg at a time, beat until just combined.
  3. fold in flour; stir in milk; add NESTLÉ white choc bits. spoon mixture evenly into cases. bake for 15- 20 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean. cool on wire rack, make white chocolate frosting.
  4. in a medium bowl, combine NESTLÉ white melts and butter, stir until smooth.
  5. using an electric mixer; beat butter mixture until pale and creamy. gradually add in icing sugar mixture; beat until light and fluffy. use a small palette knife or round-bladed knife to spread icing over cakes.
