METHOD

using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and creamy; add egg, beat well until combined. stir in coconut and sifted flours.

roll dough between 2 sheets of baking paper until 5mm thick. refrigerate for 30 minutes.

using a 9cm square biscuit cutter, cut 14 squares from dough; cut each square in half to make rectangles. place 3cm apart on oven trays. using a knife, mark (do not cut through) each rectangle across the centre, to make two squares. press NESTLÉ dark choc bits into each square to make dominoes.

bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. cool on trays.
