Line a tray with baking paper. Roll teaspoonfuls of chocolate mixture into balls.
Sift PLAISTOWE Dutch Processed Cocoa into a shallow dish. Roll balls in cocoa to coat. Place on prepared tray. Refrigerate until firm.
