METHOD

  1. cook spaghetti according to packet directions, drain and keep warm.
  2. heat oil in a frying pan over medium high heat; add vegetables and ham, cook 2 minutes. reduce heat to medium.
  3. blend 1/4 cup (60ml) CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk and cornflour; add to the pan with remaining milk; bring to the boil, stirring until thick and creamy; simmer 1 minute.
  4. toss through pasta and cook just until heated through.
