  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease and base line a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan.
  2. combine coconut, flour, sugar and butter in a bowl, mixing well. press into the prepared pan. bake 10 minutes; cool.
  3. meanwhile, combine NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, golden syrup, cream and extra butter in a medium saucepan. bring to the boil; simmer 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. pour over base, sprinkle with nuts then bake a further 10 minutes or until golden. allow to cool; drizzle with NESTLÉ milk melts. allow to set before cutting into slices.
