preheat oven to 180°c/160°c. line 3 baking trays with baking paper.
beat butter, vanilla and sugar together until light and fluffy. stir in sifted NESTLÉ baking cocoa and flours.
cut mixture in half. place each half between 2 sheets of baking paper and roll out to approx 8mm thickness. refrigerate until firm.
cut out shapes using a 7cm star shaped cutter. cut another star shape out of the centre each large star shape using a 3cm star shaped cutter.
place large stars on prepared baking trays and place a lolly in the cut out hole. bake 10-12 minutes until golden and the lollies have melted. cool on baking trays.
place small cut out stars on prepared baking tray. decorate with NESTLÉ milk choc bits and bake for 6-8 minutes.
