METHOD

  1. place ricotta cheese in a bowl; add MAGGI sweet chilli sauce, cumin, coriander and lime juice; mix well to combine. transfer to a serving bowl.
  2. cook 3 pappadums in the microwave oven on high (100%) for 30 seconds or until puffed and crisp all over. repeat with remaining 3 pappadums.
  3. serve dip with pappadums and cucumbers.
