preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease 2 x 12 cup patty pans.
cut pastry into circles using a 6cm cutter. press into prepared patty pans; prick all over with a fork. bake 15 minutes or until light golden. transfer to a cooling rack to cool.
place NESTLÉ dark melts, NESTLÉ Reduced Fat Cream and orange zest in a small saucepan over low heat; stir until melted. remove from heat and allow to cool. refrigerate until ready for use.
just before serving, spoon or pipe filling into tart cases. top with a strawberry and serve.
