METHOD

  1. line a 6 cup (1.5l) capacity pudding basin with plastic wrap.
  2. combine NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk and cream in a large bowl; beat until thick and creamy. beat in cooled chocolate; fold in coconut.
  3. spoon mixture into prepared basin, cover and freeze overnight.
  4. make sauce by combining extra plaistowe premium dark chocolate and cream in a small saucepan. cook over low heat until melted, stirring constantly; cool slightly.
  5. unmould bombe and serve with chocolate sauce. serve with fresh or glace fruit if desired.
