preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
place NESTLÉ milk melts in a small saucepan with oil; cook over a low heat until melted, stirring constantly. transfer to a large bowl and cool slightly.
add eggs one at a time, mixing well. stir in sugar and sifted flours. fold in NESTLÉ white choc bits and coconut.
refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm. roll into balls, place on oven trays and flatten slightly.
bake 8-10 minutes or until golden; cool on the trays. half dip cookies in NESTLÉ dark, milk or white melts.
