whisk together PLAISTOWE Premium Dark Chocolate, egg yolks, sugar, cream and flour in a bowl.
using an electric mixer, beat egg whites until soft peaks form; gently fold into chocolate mixture.
melt butter in a large ovenproof frying pan on low heat. pour in egg mixture. bake omelette for 4-6 minutes, until puffed and set.
slide onto a warm serving plate and top with strawberries. fold omelette over and dust with cocoa. serve immediately, cut into thick slices; serve with vanilla ice cream.
