preheat oven to 160°c/140°c fan forced. line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
combine UNCLE toby’s traditional oats with flour, coconut, sugar and sultanas, in a large bowl.
combine butter, golden syrup and boiling water; stir into dry ingredients, mixing well.
roll heaped tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls, place onto prepared oven trays, press down lightly with fork.
bake 15-20 minutes until light golden, remove from oven.
use NESTLÉ milk and white melts to press onto biscuits while still warm.
