METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 190°c/170°c fan forced. line two baking trays with baking paper.
  2. cream butter and brown sugar; stir in sifted flour and cornflour, NESTLÉ dark melts and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, mix well.
  3. roll teaspoons of mixture into small balls, place onto prepared trays, press down lightly with a fork. bake for 10 minutes, cool.
  4. beat extra butter, icing sugar mixture, vanilla and extra NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk until thick and smooth. sandwich biscuits together with filling.
