First step in making Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies is to preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar until light and creamy. Beat in egg, mix well. Stir in sifted NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE 100% Cocoa and flours; add half the NESTLÉ Dark CHOC BITS. mix well.

Roll heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls. Place on trays and press with a fork, then gently press remaining NESTLÉ Dark CHOC BITS on top.

Last step in making Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies is to bake for 12 minutes or until golden. Cool on tray.
