METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  2. place chesse, rice flour, almond meal and butter in a food processor bowl; process until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. add CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk, process until combined.
  3. form tablespoonfuls of mixture into 5 cm diameter biscuits, place on prepared oven tray, flatten slightly with fork, sprinkle with extra tasty cheese. bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
