METHOD

preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease and line an 18cm x 10cm loaf pan.

sift flours into a large bowl; add brown sugar. add combined eggs, CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk and oil; stir until just combined; fold in pecans and mango. pour into prepared pan.

bake 1 hour or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. serve warm, cold or toasted.
