preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. line a 12 hole (1/3 cup/80ml) muffin pan with paper cases.

beat butter and NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk until light and creamy. beat in eggs, one at a time. fold in sifted NESTLÉ baking cocoa and flour, alternately with milk.

spoon mixture into prepared muffin pan; bake 15-20 minutes or until cooked. cool on a wire rack.

combine NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk, NESTLÉ white melts, butter and icing sugar, mix well. spread over cakes and decorate as desired using allens snakes alive for handles and filling the baskets with easter eggs.
