cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy; add egg, mixing well. fold in flour alternately with CARNATION creamy cooking milk.
spoon mixture into prepared pan. arrange apple slices on top and sprinkle with combined sugar and cinnamon; bake 45 minutes, or until a skewer insertedinto the middle comes out clean.
