                                    METHOD
- 
          preheat oven to 180ºc/160°c fan forced. grease and base line a 20cm round cake pan with baking paper.
- 
          cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy; add egg, mixing well. fold in flour alternately with NESTLÉ CARNATION Lite Cooking Cream.
- 
          spoon mixture into prepared pan. arrange apple slices on top and sprinkle with combined sugar and cinnamon; bake 45 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
