  1. preheat oven to 160°c/140°c fan forced. grease and line 2 x 25cm x 8cm bar pans with baking paper.
  2. combine sultanas, dates and brandy, stand 30 minutes.
  3. place flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter and sugar in food processor bowl; process until combined. add eggs and NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk, process to combine.
  4. fold sultana mixture and NESTLÉ dark choc bits into cake mixture, mixing well; divide between prepared pans. top with combined glace fruits, almonds and NESTLÉ white choc bits. bake 1 hour, covered loosely for the first 30 minutes with foil. cool in pan before turning out.
