preheat oven to 170°c/150°c fan-forced. line a 12-hole, 1/3-cup (80ml) muffin pan with paper cases
in an electric mixer combine flour and sugar; beat in combined eggs, CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk, butter and vanilla, beat for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
divide mixture evenly among prepared cases bake for about 20 minutes, or until a skewer insertedin the middle comes out clean. cool on wire rack.
