METHOD

Grease and line base and two long sides of a 25cm x 7cm bar pan with baking paper.

In a medium saucepan, stir butter, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, golden syrup and sugar together over low heat until simmering; stir constantly for 10 minutes until thickened slightly and golden brown.

Remove from heat, add NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE White Melts, stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

Pour into prepared pan, refrigerate until set. Using a hot knife cut into thin slices.
