Mix noodles with ingredientsIn a large serving bowl, combine vermicelli noodles, mint, coriander, cucumber, carrot, bean sprouts, warm tofu, and remaining MAGGI 3 ways – Bold and Fragrant; mix well. Option to top with fried shallots if desired.
