Step 1Heat oil in large frying pan, add chicken, cook for 5 minutes or until browned. Add water chestnuts, bamboo, carrot, cabbage and MAGGI Teriyaki Stir Fry Infusion Paste, cook for a further 5-6 minutes.
Step 2Meanwhile cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodle Chicken as per packet instructions; drain and add to pan.
Step 3Stir through shallots, coriander and noodles. Serve into prepared lettuce cups and drizzle with MAGGI Teriyaki Stir Fry Finishing Sauce.
