Lightly grease 8 x ¾ cup (190mL) dariole moulds. Using an electric mixer, beat cream and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk Squeezy, beat until thick and creamy, fold in melted PLAISTOWE White Chocolate, pistachios and coconut.
Spoon mixture into prepared mould; tap moulds gently on bench to remove air bubbles; freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
Just before serving, lightly brush the plum wedges with oil, and cook on heated grill for 1 min each side or until lightly charred.
To unmould turn onto a serving plate, using a hot cloth, rub the mould, until the semifreddo comes loose. Top the semifreddo with extra chopped pistachios and serve with grilled plums, drizzled with extra NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk Squeezy.
If plums are out of season, you can use any seasonal fruit, e.g.: Nectarines or peaches also work
