Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease and line 2 x 20cm round cake pans.

Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until light and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Beat in melted NESTLÉ White Choc Baking Blocks; fold in sifted flour alternately with milk; then Funfetti sprinkles.

Pour mixture into prepared pans. Bake for 50 minutes or until tested with a skewer. Allow to cool completely in pan. Carefully turn cake out.

Meanwhile, beat butter until light and creamy with an electric mixer. Gradually beat in half the sifted icing sugar, milk, then remaining icing sugar, until thickened and combined.

Smooth icing over cake layers, stack them, and cover with remaining icing. Decorate with extra Funfetti sprinkles. Serve.
