  1. To start making vanilla panna cotta, combine NESTLÉ CARNATION Creamy Evaporated Milk and sugar in pan, stir over low heat until sugar dissolved.
  2. Dissolve gelatine in hot water, whisk into milk mixture until combined. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Pour panna cotta mixture into 6 panna cotta moulds, cool. Cover, refrigerate vanilla panna cotta for 45 minutes or until set.
  4. Turn vanilla panna cotta out of mould and serve with mixed berries
