METHOD

  1. cook noodles as directed on packet. drain and set aside.
  2. heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. stir fry beef until browned; add curry paste; cook 1 minute.
  3. stir in CARNATION light & creamy coconut flavoured cooking milk, MAGGI authentic thai fish sauce, MAGGI sweet chilli sauce, lemongrass and sugar. bring to the boil; add beans and capsicum; cook 1 minute. toss through noodles and heat through, serve immediately.
