METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 180ºc/160°c fan forced. line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. sift flour and spice in a medium bowl; using fingertips, rub in margarine until mixture resembles breadcrumbs; add apricots, currants and combined egg and CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk.
  3. shape spoonfuls of mixture onto prepared baking tray. sprinkle with sugar and bake 15-20 minutes.
