METHOD

cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and creamy. add egg and mix well. stir in sifted NESTLÉ baking cocoa and flour and peanuts.

roll heaped teaspoons of mixture into balls, place on trays; press gently with a fork.

bake for 12 minutes or until lightly golden. stand on trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
