METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160° fan forced. line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  2. using an electric mixer, beat butter and icing sugar until light and creamy; add egg yolk; fold in sifted flours and chilled water, mix until just combined.
  3. turn mixture onto a lightly floured surface; knead for one minute or until smooth. in between two sheets of baking paper, roll mixture until 2mm thick; using an egg shape cutter, cut shapes and place onto prepared tray. repeat with remaining dough. bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden. cool.
  4. pour NESTLÉ white melts into a small piping bag with a small round nozzle; decorate biscuits with your own creative design.
