METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. Grease and line a 20cm deep round cake pan with baking paper.

In large bowl, combine polenta with orange zest and juice.

Using an electric mixer, beat Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk and eggs until combined, add margarine and yoghurt, beat until smooth.

Add polenta, baking powder and flour, mix until well combined. Pour cake mixture into pan. Bake for 40 – 50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes, turn out on to a plate.

To make syrup: Place orange juice, sugar and water in small saucepan, bring to the boil stirring, simmer uncovered 7 minutes or until reduced to a syrup like consistency. Cool, pour syrup over cake. Serve with yoghurt.
