1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease and base line a 23cm springform pan with baking paper.
2. combine biscuits and butter in a medium bowl; mix well. press into the base of prepared pan. refrigerate until required.
3. beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. beat in NESTLÉ white melts and eggs. fold in flour, orange and lemon rind and juice.
4. pour into prepared pan and bake 1 hour.
1. combine NESTLÉ Reduced Fat Cream, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla; spread over cheesecake; return to the oven for 10 minutes. cool; refrigerate until firm and ready to serve.
