METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Line 12-hole muffin pan with paper cases. Combine flour, sugar, NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa, and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Mix buttermilk, egg, oil, and vanilla separately; mix into dry ingredients. Beat well to combine. Divide mixture among cases and bake for 20 minutes or until tested with a skewer. Cool.
  3. Beat butter in a bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Slowly pour in NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, beat until thickened and combined. Fold in melted NESTLÉ Milk Choc Baking Block until combined.
  4. Spoon icing into a piping bag with a 1cm round nozzle. Pipe onto cooled cupcakes. Drizzle extra melted NESTLÉ Baking Milk Choc onto frosting and top with chopped KITKATs.
