Place the Matcha powder in a small bowl and add a dollop of cream then mix to a smooth paste. Using an electric mixer, add the remaining cream and whisk to soft peaks. Now add the NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, vanilla bean paste and Matcha powder mixture and continue to whisk until well combined. Pour the mixture into a 2L container and freeze for 4 hours or until it sets.
Once the ice cream has set, scoop one portion onto a chocolate biscuit then sandwich with another biscuit so the ice cream spreads to the sides. Place back in the freezer to set.
