METHOD

cook MAGGI 2 minute noodles according to packet directions, discarding flavour sachet; drain. rinse under cold water to prevent sticking. set aside.

heat a medium frying pan over medium heat; spray with oil; add mince and garlic, cook until cooked through and lightly browned. add combined cornflour, water, MAGGI sweet chilli sauce and MAGGI oyster sauce and noodles; stir until mixture comes to the boil and thickens; cool.

work with one rice paper roll at a time, dip into a bowl of warm water for 30 seconds or until soft; place on a tea towel to drain; place a small amount of meat mixture on the end of roll; top with some vegetables and coriander leaves; roll firmly to encase. repeat with remaining ingredients.
