preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan-forced. line a 12-hole, 1/3-cup (80ml) muffin pan with paper cases.
using an electric mixer, beat flour, sugar, eggs, CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk, butter and vanilla until smooth.
spoon mixture evenly into cases. bake for 15- 20 minutes, or until a skewer insertedin the middle comes out clean. cool on wire rack.
